Up for the challenge!

This week is my week of CHALLENGE! I am going to vegas on Friday so I will not be at practice with the group on Saturday... that is a 14 mile run I am missing! I will be having fun though... BOWLING! So here is my challenge, I am supposed to run a total of 34 miles this week. I am going to try and fit most of this running during the week so I don't have to try and run a whole lot in Vegas! Here is my goal
  • Monday - 5.75 miles along the beach
  • Tuesday - 7 miles along Back Bay with TNT and Gwynne
  • Wednesday - 5.75 along the Beach
  • Thursday - 7 miles along Back Bay with TNT (actual miles supposed to be 5 but hoping for 7)
  • Friday - 5.75 miles along the beach
Total before going to Vegas... 31.25 so I am only 2.75 away from the team mark! If I don't run Sat and Sun... I will be close enough to the TNT crowd. I hope this schedule pans out so I don't have to go to the gym in Vegas... I will be able to have two full days of R & R, lots of yummy food, play along the strip, and bowling of course :)~

Here is to staying on track! Friday it will be a cheers if I make it all the way on track!
